- Strict Capacity Policy: Only the number of guests specified in the reservation are allowed on the premises. Exceeding the registered number of guests may result in the termination of your contract.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 15 days before: Free
- 14 days before: 30% / 7 days before: 50%
- Day before: 80% / On the day or No-show: 100%

- Payment: We accept Credit Cards, Cash, and PayPay.
- Orientation: We will hand over the keys and explain how to use the facilities and safety guidelines.
- Late Arrival: If you expect to arrive after 21:00, please contact us at the email/phone number provided in your reservation confirmation.
- Gate & Pets: You are free to open and close the gate during your stay. If you are staying with a pet (Airstream plans only), they can enjoy “no-lead” time safely as long as the gate is closed.
- Silent Hours (From 21:00): To respect our peaceful environment, 21:00 to 6:00 is “Silent Time.” Please refrain from outdoor dining, parties, campfires, or using the terrace during these hours. Please stay quietly indoors.
- Fire & Smoking: Fire (including fireworks) is strictly prohibited except in designated areas. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Parking: Up to 5 cars can be parked on-site. Parking on public roads or neighboring properties is strictly forbidden.
Please sort your trash according to Miyazaki City regulations. Please dispose of items correctly in the designated bins provided on-site.
A staff member will meet you at 11:00 to check the room and collect the keys.
- Restoration: Please return all equipment to its original location and leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived.
- Late Check-out: Please be ready by 11:00. Failure to vacate the room by 11:00 may result in additional late fees.
